Introduction

Atlas Community Studios will work closely with the Town of Kimball to develop a Housing & Lodging Study that:

  • Assesses current and projected housing needs with consideration for the workforce, visitors, and residents.

  • Identifies potential redevelopment or infill opportunities to address needs.

  • Evaluates financial feasibility based on findings.

  • Recommends realistic, community-driven strategies, supported by an implementation roadmap that includes partnerships and funding opportunities.

This study will enable the Town of Kimball to determine which investments are most realistic and where resources should be focused, further supporting the current lodging redevelopment efforts that have already garnered community excitement.
